Horizon Europe 2025: New Opportunities for Projects
The European Commission has released the preliminary version of the Horizon Europe Work Programme for 2025 — the EU’s largest initiative supporting science, innovation, education, medicine, and business. With a multi-billion-euro budget, the program aims to address global challenges, foster future technologies, and strengthen Europe’s competitiveness. Ukrainian research organizations, universities, startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and non-profit organizations can fully participate. Importantly, Ukraine continues its involvement in Horizon Europe on equal terms with EU member states, opening extensive funding opportunities for Ukrainian teams. The first deadlines will arrive in the second half of 2025.
