RESEARCH DIRECTIONS The Department performs its activity in the following areas:
Isolation, cultivation and study of stem cell properties;
Three-dimensional (3D) cultivation of stem cells;
Development of technologies for storing stem cells, three-dimensional tissue engineered structures, placenta derivatives;
Experimental stem cell transplantation;
Hypothermic storage of isolated liver.
In its activity the Department’s staff combines dedication to academic traditions and a constant search for new approaches to solving the tasks set. We are open to new contacts and fruitful cooperation to increase the scientific and educational potential of Ukraine.
